Westland Greenhouse Projects was assigned by BayWa – Al Dahra Agriculture to develop a high-tech greenhouse project in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The almost 12-hectare Al Dahra BayWa facility is divided in two production greenhouses of 5 hectares each, plus a hybrid compartment for both production and propagation accompanied by an area for packing, irrigation and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In full production, over 3,500 tonnes of snacking tomatoes will be produced with the aim of making the country more self-sufficient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The construction of the facility is characterized by the use of innovative concepts and advanced know-how which is required to be able to grow year-round fresh vegetables in the challenging climate of UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
